Sachem's Message
SACHEMS MESSAGE - Apr 08, 2014

Greetings Red Men Tribe #84 & Red Feather Council
59 members,

I would like to thank the 2013 Lodge officers, Council
Officers, House Committee, appointed committees,
volunteers & employees who helped make 2013 another
successful year at our Lodge. Without countless
hours of volunteer help our lodge wouldn't continue to
survive, please consider volunteering throughout
2014. Ask any house committee member, lodge officer
or stop by the front desk to offer your services to
the club.

As our membership continues to shrink we need to
ask just one more friend to join our tribe. Our only way
to long term success is through retaining members
and encouraging our friends & family to join us.
Guests that are continually signed in receive the same
benefits that you must pay for, for free. We need this
revenue to keep dues low, offer a greater selection of
entertainment or events. Membership sign-up is the
first Saturday of the month from 9:00 - 11:00 AM in
the conference room.

I would also like to again challenge all Tribe 84 and
Council 59 members to attend your monthly meetings,
get involved with your Tribe, Council, internal clubs,
as well as helping with our Social events. We need
your help for future success!

It is a privilege and honor to serve as Conococheague
Tribe 84 Sachem during 2014, I'm looking forward to a
Great Year!

Any suggestions, comments or ideas feel free to contact
me by email - redmen2014@aol.com

Yours in Freedom, Friendship & Charity,

John Reynolds,

Pocahontas News - Jan 21, 2014

Red Feather Council #59
Happy New Year!

As the incoming Pocahontas I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself to you and to thank
everyone for making me feel welcome and more at ease. Since joining Red Feather Council #59 in May of
2012 I have had the pleasure of attending club functions as well as a state convention in Cumberland, Maryland
and Fall Fest in Harpers Ferry, WV.

I am looking forward to attending again in the future and participating with other events like Valley Forge
and Camporee. I was able to visit the other councils in Maryland and have met many new friends.

I welcome you to attend our meetings and join with me at these exciting events. We meet on the 2nd and
4th Thursdays each month at 7:00 pm. I look forward to seeing you there. May your 2014 be filled with
good health and many blessings!

Yours in Freedom, Friendship & Charity,
Meridith Wolfensberger
